The SESAME consortium gathers 23 European partners from:
- The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Sweden and Switzerland
The participants of the consortium have a long-standing experience in the field of nuclear technology and nuclear thermal-hydraulics. The majority of partners have successfully cooperated within the FP THINS project and/or other related projects.
The activities were defined and distributed in order to cope with the objectives of this project under the following considerations:
- (i) making an extensive usage of the existing research infrastructures in various organisations;
- (ii) focusing the activities of each participant on his ‘most’ competent research fields;
- (iii) minimising overlapping and exclusion of duplication.
